The legacy
Krissy Holak built LKH Field Hockey into one of South Jersey's respected training programs, developing athletes from their first stick skills through Division 1 recruitment. Her own playing and coaching career spans more than 28 years.
A Division 1 athlete and team captain at Saint Joseph's University, Krissy helped lead the team to an A-10 conference championship during a nationally ranked season. As head coach at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School from 2005 to 2011, she guided the program to multiple sectional and state titles and was named Coach of the Year by the Courier-Post and Philadelphia Inquirer in 2010.
In 2022, Saint Joseph's University honored her with the Ellen Ryan Legacy Award for her contributions to women's athletics.
